Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- evaporated milk - 1/8 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- Rice Krispies - 1 c
- plus 1 Tbsp - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
How to make peanut butter crunch:
Heat in double boiler (do not cook) 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup corn syrup. Add peanut butter, Rice Krispies, corn flakes, salt and vanilla. Smooth into 8 x 12-inch pan.
