Peanut butter crinkles

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• packed brown sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• margarine - 1 c
• peanut butter - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• chocolate pieces - 1 item

How to make peanut butter crinkles:

Mix first 6 ingredients until fluffy. At low speed, mix in next 4 ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately press chocolate piece in cookie. Remove from cookie sheet and cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 6 dozen.
