  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Sift flour, soda and baking powder together. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, salt, egg and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients. Roll in ball. Press down with fork on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 370° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
