  • flour
  • baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • creamy peanut butter - 2/3 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat remaining ingredients together until fluffy. Mix 2 mixtures well; roll into small balls and press with fork. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes on lightly greased cookie sheet.
