eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
granulated sugar - 1 c
flour - 3 c
baking soda - 1 tsp
shortening - 1 c
light brown sugar - 1 c
peanut butter smooth or crunchy; I prefer crunchy - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream sugars and shortening and then eggs. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Sift flour and baking soda and add. Roll in small balls. Flatten with fork. Bake at 325° for approximately 13 to 14 minutes.
