  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Mix all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
