Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
How to make peanut butter cookies:
Beat butter and peanut butter together. Add sugars; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour and blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
