  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • crunchy peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • whipped topping - 8 oz
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c
  • Add the milk and peanut butter; mix well

How to make peanut butter cheesecake:

Mix the cream cheese with confectioners sugar until creamy. Add the milk and peanut butter; mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. Put into a graham cracker crust. Keep in freezer until serving time.Graham Cracker Crust:1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 15 squares)2 Tbsp. sugar1/3 c. melted butter or margarine Combine all ingredients; press onto bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°) for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Makes 1 (9-inch) crust.
