Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- crunchy peanut butter - 1/2 c
- whipped topping - 8 oz
- melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- Add the milk and peanut butter; mix well
How to make peanut butter cheesecake:
Mix the cream cheese with confectioners sugar until creamy. Add the milk and peanut butter; mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. Put into a graham cracker crust. Keep in freezer until serving time.Graham Cracker Crust:1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 15 squares)2 Tbsp. sugar1/3 c. melted butter or margarine Combine all ingredients; press onto bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie plate.
