Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • raw peanuts - 2 c
  • syrup - 1/2 c

How to make peanut brittle:

Cook sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread. Add peanuts; cook until brown. Add soda; mix well. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Let cool; break apart.
