Double chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- large egg - 1 item
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- corn oil margarine - 1 c
How to make double chocolate chip cookies:
Cream the sugars and shortening. Beat in egg, vanilla, cocoa, soda and milk. Mix in flour, nuts and chips. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° preheated oven about 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet. Cool on wire rack.
