Ingredients/Components

  • stick margarine soft - 1 item
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • box yellow cake mix dry - 1 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • large and 1 small can peaches - 1 item
  • cinnamon and sugar - 1 item

How to make peach kuchen:

Mix margarine, coconut and dry cake mix together and press into bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

Arrange peaches on top (no syrup or juice). Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Mix sour cream and egg together and pour over peaches. Sprinkle with more sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350° until firm, approximately 20 minutes.

Serve warm or refrigerated with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
