Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- Egg whites - 2 item
- Butter, melted - 1/2 c
- large tub Cool Whip - 1 item
- Cherries - 1 item
- Chocolate syrup - 1 item
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Graham crackers - 2 c
- Butter, softened - 1/2 c
- 3-4 Bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
- 1-2 large cans Crushed pineapple, well drained
- Crushed nuts - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
First layer, Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 pan, freeze for 10-15 minutes.Second layer, beat together the egg whites, softened butter and 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, beat well for 10 minutes then spread over the cracker crust.
Third layer, Place the sliced bananas over the egg mixture then pour the pineapple over the bananas.
Fourth layer, Spread Cool Whip over the pineapple, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries. Refrigerate overnight and keep any leftovers refrigerated.
