  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
  • can Cost Cutter peaches - 1 oz

How to make peach crumb pie:

Peach Crumb Pie Topping:1/3 c. flour1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar1/4 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. butter or margarine Preheat oven to 400°. Thoroughly drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup of the syrup. Blend together reserved syrup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, lemon juice and salt. Mix in peach slices. Pour into pastry shell.

Peach Crumb Pie Topping: In small bowl, combine remaining flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of peaches. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until filling is bubbly and thick.
