Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- biscuit mix - 1 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
How to make peach cobbler:
Blend biscuit mix with butter. Stir in butter and milk; mix to make a soft dough.Take peaches from oven, drop, by tablespoon, the dough on top of the peaches. Place back in the oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
