Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 6 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• cold water - 1/2 c
• confectioners sugar
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• biscuit mix - 2 c
• soft butter or margarine
• large peaches - 6 item
• brandy* - 2 Tbsp

How to make peach cobbler:

Hard Sauce:1/2 c. soft butter or margarine1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. brandy* Sauce: Combine butter and sugar gradually. Beat in brandy until smooth. *One teaspoon vanilla can be used in place of brandy. Peel and slice peaches;
