  • sugar - 2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 3 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 4 item
  • fresh or canned peaches
  • each vanilla and butter flavor - 1 tsp

How to make peach bread:

Combine flour, soda and sugar. Add eggs and oil. Stir only until moistened. Stir in peaches, flavorings and nuts. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes for muffins or 1 hour for 2 loaves.
