Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 6 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked pasta - 2 c
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Dressing:2 eggs
  • red pimento, chopped - 1 item

How to make pasta salad:

Dressing:2 eggs1 Tbsp. cornstarch salt and pepper to taste1/4 c. water1 c. sugar1 tsp. mustard3/4 c. vinegar Cook dressing until thick. Pour over pasta and vegetable mixture and chill.
