Parmesan vegetable toss
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- bite size broccoli florets - 4 c
- bite size cauliflower florets - 4 c
- large sweet onion, sliced into thin rings - 1 item
- bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled - 1 lb
How to make parmesan vegetable toss:
In large bowl, mix broccoli, cauliflower and onion. In small bowl, mix cheese, sugar, salt and mayonnaise. Add dressing to vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate several hours. Just before serving, add bacon. Serves 20.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Cauliflower.
