Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- assorted fresh vegetables broccoli flowerets, cauliflower, cucumber, mushrooms, green onions - 8 c
How to make marinated vegetables:
Cut up vegetables and place in large bowl with lid. Mix all other ingredients well and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring now and then. Serve as appetizer or salad.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
