Peanut butter brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk chocolate chips - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 1 c
- soft cream cheese
How to make peanut butter brownies:
Filling:2 pkg. soft cream cheese1/2 c. peanut butter1/4 c. sugar1 egg2 Tbsp. milk Bake at 350° in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.Prepare peanut butter filling; set aside.
Stir together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add cocoa; beat. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat well. Stir in chips. Remove 1 cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Spread filling over batter. Drop reserved batter over filling by teaspoonful. Use knife; gently swirl into marble effect. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
