Ingredients/Components

  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1/4 c
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • poultry seasoning - 1 Tbsp
  • soft bread cubes - 8 c
  • oysters, drained - 1 pt
  • milk for moist or omit milk for dry - 1 c

How to make oyster dressing:

Remove black portion of oyster and discard. Mix all ingredients together and stuff bird. Roast bird as usual.
