Stuffed pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- tomato juice - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 1/4 c
- poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- chopped parsley optional - 2 Tbsp
- pork chops, cut thin - 8 item
How to make stuffed pork chops:
Stuffing:2 Tbsp. melted butter3 c. soft bread crumbs1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning1/4 c. diced celery1/4 c. tomato juice2 Tbsp. chopped onion2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional) Preheat oven to 350°. Mix stuffing ingredients. Wipe chops with a wet cloth. Rub with salt and pepper. Place two chops together with stuffing between, sandwich-style. Arrange chops in a lightly greased baking pan. Pour over top 1/2 cup tomato juice. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Cajun.
