Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 Tbsp
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- whipped topping - 1 c
- can pineapple tidbits - 1 oz
- banana, sliced - 1 item
How to make overnight salad:
Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juices. Place juices in a saucepan with lemon juice and water. Stir in pudding mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from the heat; cool. Add pineapple, oranges and marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping. Chill overnight just before serving; fold in banana.
