- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 2/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- Blend all cake ingredients on low speed until moist
How to make overnight coffee cake:
Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Blend all cake ingredients on low speed until moist. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into pan. Blend and sprinkle topping.
