Oreo ice cream cake

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
• melted margarine - 1/3 c
• Cool Whip - 8 oz
• chocolate syrup - 1 c
• Oreo cookies, crushed - 1 pkg

How to make oreo ice cream cake:

Mix cookies with margarine. Save aside 2/3 cup for topping. Put rest of cookie mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Slice 1/2 of ice cream over crumbs. Drizzle 1/2 cup syrup over ice cream. Sprinkle 1/3 cup crumbs. Add rest of ice cream and 1/2 cup syrup. Top with Cool Whip and 1/3 cup crumbs. Cover with foil and freeze several hours.
