Ingredients/Components

• vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
• chocolate ice cream - 2 qt
• Oreo cookies, crushed - 24 item
• can whipped cream - 1 item
• peanut brittle - 1 item

How to make oreo cake:

Layer 1/2 cookie mixture on bottom of 9 or 10-inch pan. Layer chocolate ice cream on top of this. Pour syrup over chocolate ice cream; layer on rest of cookie mixture. Layer vanilla ice cream over cookie mixture. Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with peanut brittle, crushed. Wrap well with foil and freeze overnight.
