- can frozen orange juice concentrate - 6 oz
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each

How to make orange slice cake:
Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add to the first mixture. In another bowl, add flour, dates, candy, nuts and coconut; stir to coat the fruit and candy. Fold into previous mixture. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake for 2 1/2 hours in 250° oven. If using small loaf pans, bake at 300° for 1 hour or until done.Glaze:2 c. dark brown sugar6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate Heat in saucepan until blended and pour over cake while hot and let set in pan all night.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
