Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines orange cake mix - 1 item
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan
How to make orange juice cake:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. When done, pour glaze over cake.Glaze:1 c. sugar1/4 c. orange juice1/4 c. water1/2 c. butter Boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Pour over cake while still hot. Let cake stand for 30 minutes or until cake is cool. Remove from pan. Serve cold.Can substitute orange with lemon.
