  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 2/3 c
  • margarine
  • orange juice - 1/2 c

How to make orange drop cookies:

Icing:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 1/2 tsp. margarine1 1/2 tsp. orange juice Cream shortening and sugar; add egg. Alternate flour, baking powder, salt and soda mixture with orange juice. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Frost while warm.
