Orange delight salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• orange jello
• large can crushed pineapple, juice and all - 1 item
• cold water, bring to a boil with sugar - 2 c

How to make orange delight salad:

Bring to a boil water with sugar. Add jello. Dissolve and add pineapple. Let set partially. Fold in 1 large Cool Whip, 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Let congeal, better if overnight.
