  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • flour
  • egg - 1 item
  • butter or margarine, softened - 6 Tbsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • orange peel, finely shredded - 1 Tbsp

How to make orange cupcakes:

Preheat oven to 375°. Line 18 muffin cups with paper baking cups; set aside. Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add egg, orange peel and vanilla; mix well. Combine orange juice and milk. Add orange juice mixture alternately with flour
