- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- grated orange peel - 1 Tbsp
- paprika
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- boneless skinless chicken breast halves - 8 item
- butter/margarine, melted - 6 Tbsp
- herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed - 1 1
How to make orange chicken:
In a shallow bowl, beat egg; add orange juice. In another bowl, combine stuffing mix, paprika, orange peel and salt. Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then into crumbs, turning to coat well. Pour butter into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Place chicken in baking dish, turning once to butter both sides. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender and juices run clear. Yields 4 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low sodium, Low fat.
