How to make orange biscuits:

Rolls:2 c. flour3/4 c. milk1/4 c. shortening1 tsp. salt3 tsp. baking powder1/2 c. sugar Heat the first three ingredients while making rolls. Do not boil.

Rolls: Mix dry ingredients well; add shortening and cut in well, then add milk. Knead a little on lightly floured board. Roll or pat into rectangle about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Spread with 1/4 cup soft or melted butter. Sprinkle with mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar.

Roll up, starting at long side. Slice roll about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and carefully pour hot orange juice around them.

Bake at 425° about 15 to 20 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and done. During baking, juice bubbles up through rolls and slightly thickens to form sauce. If all hot juice does not fit around rolls, save and keep warm to pour over rolls as you serve them.
