Ingredients/Components
- Wesson oil - 1/3 c
- all-purpose potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
- envelope onion soup mix dry - 1 item
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Put onion soup mix in large plastic bag. Add potatoes and oil. Shake until potatoes are coated. Put potatoes in shallow baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, and bake until tender and golden brown. Makes about 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
