Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 4 c
- margarine
- warm water - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- scalded milk - 1 c
How to make onion bread:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Let rise until double in bulk. Stir down and put into 2 well-greased bread pans or 1-pound coffee cans. (Dough will be bubbly.)
