- eggs - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- cheese - 1 item
- bacon or ham - 1 item
- green peppers or other vegetables - 1 item
How to make omelette:
Cook bacon or ham. Beat eggs; pour in hot skillet with oil. Add cheese slices. Crumble bacon. Dice peppers and onions and add. Cook until eggs bubble and hold together. Then fold one side over other. Cook until done. Do not overcook or burn.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, 3 steps or less, For 1 or 2.
