Okra pickle
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/3 c
- water - 1 qt
- garlic cloves - 4 item
- dill seed - 2 tsp
- small hot peppers - 3 item
- white distilled vinegar - 1 pt
- small baby okra - 3 lb
How to make okra pickle:
Pack okra in hot sterilized jars. Put a garlic clove in each jar. Heat water, vinegar, salt, dill seed and pepper to boiling point. Pour boiling brine in jars and seal. Process in water bath at simmering, temperature about 180° to 200°Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
