Ingredients/Components
- salt - 6 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- vinegar - 3 c
- garlic cloves - 1 item
- mustard seed - 1 item
- dill seed - 1 item
How to make easy dill pickles:
Pack cucumbers in jars. Heat water, salt and vinegar to boiling. Add 1 teaspoon dill seed, 1 teaspoon of mustard seed and 1 clove garlic to each jar of cucumbers. Pour boiling mixture over cucumbers and spices in jars to within 1/2 inch of top. Add seals and screw on lids tight.
