Oatmeal buttermilk pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- uncooked oatmeal
How to make oatmeal buttermilk pancakes:
Combine oatmeal, buttermilk and egg whites and let stand for at least 1/2 hour or refrigerate up to 24 hours. Add remaining ingredients and stir the batter just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Bake on a hot, lightly oiled griddle.
