No knead bread
Ingredients/Components
- plain flour - 2 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- egg - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
How to make no knead bread:
Mix the first 4 ingredients. In saucepan, add the water, milk and oil and heat until very warm; do not boil. Mix with dry ingredients and add 1 beaten egg. Mix with mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in flour by hand. Cover and let rise (about 1 hour). Punch down and put in greased loaf pan. Wet fingertips and smooth down.
