vanilla instant pudding
chocolate instant pudding
finely chopped pecans or 2/3 c - 1 c
carton frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed and divided - 1 oz
solid chocolate to grate on top - 1 item

Middle Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. 10x sugar1 (9 oz.) carton frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed and divided Top Layer:1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding3 c. cold milk solid chocolate to grate on top Bottom Layer: Make bottom layer by mixing together the ingredients until crumb-like. Press mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool.

Middle Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.

Top Layer: Beat milk into pudding mixes until smooth and thickened. Spread over middle layer. Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Grate chocolate curls over top (optional). Cool and refrigerate overnight. Serves 16.
