Ingredients/Components
- raisins - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- heavy cream, whipped - 1/2 c
- Boston lettuce leaves - 1 item
- walnut meats
- large Delicious apples, cored and diced - 4 item
- chopped chutney optional - 1/3 c
How to make new york waldorf salad:
In a bowl mix apples, raisins, walnuts, chutney and mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Chill until ready to serve.
