  • flour - 3 c
  • cold water - 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • cold lard I use Crisco - 1 c

How to make never fail pie crust:

Blend egg with vinegar and water. Cut Crisco into flour; toss with fork while gradually adding the liquid mixture. Roll out and place in single pan or a double crust pie.
