Never fail pie crust
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 c
- cold water - 5 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- cold lard I use Crisco - 1 c
How to make never fail pie crust:
Blend egg with vinegar and water. Cut Crisco into flour; toss with fork while gradually adding the liquid mixture. Roll out and place in single pan or a double crust pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
