Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shortening
How to make never fail pie crust:
Note: Egg vinegar and cold water to equal 1 cup.Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add shortening. Blend well by hand or with wooden spoon. Add water, vinegar and egg. Mix well, until it holds together. Makes 2 large or 3 regular crusts.
