Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- cold water - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 3 item
How to make never fail meringue:
Blend cornstarch and cold water. Boil until thick and clear. Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar. Beat until stiff. Add vanilla to cornstarch mixture. Spread over pie filling. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
