Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- biscuits - 4 pkg
How to make monkey cake:
Melt butter and 1 cup sugar; keep hot, not boiling. Cut biscuits into fourths. Mix cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Add biscuits, shake and coat 2 packages at a time. (Use a bowl with a lid.) Place the 2 packages in layers in Bundt pan and pour 1/2 of butter and sugar mixture over it. Repeat with other packages.
