Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cans buttermilk biscuits - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Sprinkle some pecans in bottom of a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon and remaining pecans. Cut biscuits into quarters; roll each piece in sugar mixture and layer in pan. Combine brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
