Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- pecans optional - 1 c
- cans 10 count biscuits - 4 item
- water add, if needed - 1 item
How to make monkey bread:
Cut biscuits into quarters. Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Then roll biscuit quarters in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place 1/2 biscuit quarters in Bundt pan and sprinkle with 1/2 pecans. Melt butter and add brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Mix well. Pour 1/2 mixture over biscuits, then layer remaining biscuits and pecans and top with rest of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
