Mom's cranberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- boiling water
- pecans
- medium apples - 3 item
- cans whole berry cranberry sauce - 2 oz
How to make mom's cranberry salad:
Add Jell-O to boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Let cool slightly. Beat cranberry sauce. Add to Jell-O. Grate apples; add to mixture. Add the chopped pecans and mix. Let refrigerate overnight. Serves 15 to 20.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
