- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- baking soda - 4 tsp
- molasses - 1/2 c
- ginger - 2 tsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- Crisco shortening
How to make molasses gingersnaps:
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, and molasses together. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Mix dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
